What this policy covers

This draft describes the Nookettle website and Nookettle iOS and Android shopping apps. The apps do not require an account and do not take payment. Retailers handle checkout, shipping, returns, and customer support.

Information sent when you use Nookettle

The apps request published product listings and images, search results, the current affiliate disclosure, the curated comparison, and fit results from nookettle.com. A search request includes the text you enter. A fit request includes only the selected capacity range and yes-or-no fit preferences. These requests are used to return the requested shopping information.

If you open a retailer link, the app sends Nookettle the product identifier, retailer, app source surface, source page, destination type, destination path, and event time so that Nookettle can record the outbound click. The app then opens the product’s configured retailer destination in the system browser. The retailer receives its own request and may collect information under its privacy policy.

Nookettle does not receive your name, email address, or account identifier through these app requests. The app does not include an advertising SDK or an in-app analytics SDK. Hosting and network services may process standard request metadata to operate and protect the service; the owner must confirm those providers’ exact logging and retention practices before publication.

Storage and retention

Retailer click events are stored in Nookettle’s application database for reporting. The current application has no automatic expiration period for these records. Nookettle can remove them operationally. The owner must confirm database backup and hosting-log retention periods before approving this policy.

Your choices and requests

Product search and fit choices are sent to Nookettle only to answer the request and are not saved as a profile by the app. To ask a question or request review of a retailer click record, email nookettle-96gpkg@polsia.app. Nookettle will review requests and respond where it can identify the relevant record.

Changes and owner review

This is a draft based on the current app and API code, not a completed legal or store privacy review. Before release, the owner must confirm the hosting and database providers, their retention terms, the support contact, and the declarations submitted to Apple and Google. Updates will be posted on this page.
